CTC2 is positioned toward technical users who commit for longer periods, so half-year and yearly billing are the default options. Yearly billing consistently works out to a lower effective monthly cost.

Alongside the three main cultivation-rank plans, CTC2 offers narrower lines optimized for a single carrier (for example China Mobile or China Unicom) or a single region (such as US-only), priced lower for users who don't need the full regional spread.

All tiers share the same zero-relay direct-connection architecture and carrier-aware routing. Higher tiers add a higher peak bandwidth cap and a larger monthly data allowance — the underlying line quality doesn't change.
